The things that keep my experience fresh and new are the opportunities for professional development that are tangible and occur daily, not only at a technical level but as an all-round professional.
I recall with satisfaction our work on the ATAC restructure because it was very interesting as it required the collaboration of colleagues who specialized in bankruptcy, corporate and employment law. It was a challenging project that contributed, after three years of hard work, to the restructuring of 1.4 billion of debt.
I would advise you to take advantage of every opportunity, to ask lots of questions and take advantage of opportunities like our Open Day. In general, for those who are starting a legal career, I would say that the profession is changing: the law is no longer isolated from the economy, from society and technology so it is necessary to constantly stay up-to-date and to continuously adapt the profession to the new needs of the market.
