If you are an abogado, you will have access to the variety of local educational resources available in our Spanish offices that combine with those provided regionally and globally by the Clifford Chance Academy to form an integrated system of legal skills training.
To complete the more formal methods of legal training offered, there is nothing better than actively participating on-the-job in complex transactions or cases that represent a real legal and commercial challenge. Your contribution will be supported and guided by partners and senior associates.
If you are an entry-level abogado, you will attend legal induction courses given by partners and senior lawyers of the relevant practice area in the Spanish offices weekly from October through to July.
For more senior abogados, we offer regular "hot topic" workshops and seminars with a specific legal subject, organised on a practice area basis.
Where considered of value, we will arrange for you to attend lectures or courses on legal topics organised by local business schools and other academic institutions. In addition, we actively encourage our more senior associates to lecture at local universities and participate as speakers at conferences and other relevant forums.
