Clifford Chance Choice is a framework which embraces the changing world of work to support the needs of our people and clients which we launched in March 2019.

By offering people more choice while continuing to help them excel in their legal careers, Clifford Chance Choice aims to help us remain an employer of choice among the brightest and best legal talent.

Every year we offer our lawyers the option to apply for up to one or two months unpaid leave, without providng a reason, which complements existing flexible working options across the firm.

Clifford Chance Academy

The Academy provides world-class learning opportunities for our people, lawyers and other business professionals alike, across all our offices.

Partners and business support Directors in the firm work alongside external experts to develop the tailored curriculum not only to help expand the technical and business knowledge of our people, but to enhance their cultural awareness and global perspective as well.
