I am part of a firm that values my work and the benefits it yields.

Working as a Commercial Pricing Manager at Clifford Chance is an excellent example of how a professional can thrive as a relevant member of an international law firm even if he or she does not have a legal background. In my role I focus mainly on supporting the Partners in Continental Europe when applying the Firm's strategic pricing objectives, commercial standards, and pricing governance to achieve better commercial outcomes. Another essential task in my role is to raise commercial awareness among Partners, supporting and influencing them in their price-related decision-making in strategic matter deals and key client panels.

On a day-to-day basis, I help facilitate effective decision-making by ensuring that the big picture is taken into account within the scope of the firm’s global vision. I also train fellow peers and teams to be more effective at problem-solving by using methods I have learnt over time.

Something I would highlight about my position is the autonomy to interact with employees at every level. This allows me to get to know the company and makes it easier to see where I could be most helpful. I am part of a firm that values my work and the benefits it yields. And, being personally and professionally recognised for my efforts by my peers and managers is very uplifting.
