The structure
As a stagiaire you will join one of our main practice areas in Banking & Finance, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Corporate, Real Estate or Tax.

Requirements
In order to apply for this opportunity you should have an outstanding academic record. To us, this means holding a French undergraduate law degree and a Masters degree, LLM or other postgraduate qualification, often in business management (IEP, HEC, ESSEC, ESCP-EAP). You will have an excellent command of English (both written and spoken). You should also have an interest in commercial law and be well-organised, with strong communication skills. You should be a dynamic team player who is not afraid to work hard.

Application process

We hold an annual recruitment event every November - Les Rendez-Vous Clifford Chance. Successful applicants will attend an interview with our Counsel and senior lawyers at our offices in Paris. All participants will have the opportunity to participate in various skills workshops, meet and socialise with lawyers and representatives from several of our offices and attend presentations.
