Back to profiles

One of the few things that have stood out for me at Clifford Chance is the culture. I have first-hand experienced values such as integrity, responsibility, inclusivity, embracing challenge, and speaking up in my interactions with stakeholders in and outside India.

This conducive environment has helped me to strike a balance between my work life as a team manager and responsibilities as a working mom.

What has also been extremely rewarding is the accessibility to and availability of the leadership. With the help of managers, understanding nuances of different business relationships across the US and UK offices has been less challenging.

What do you like most about your job?

My favorite aspect of my job is the variety of work. I love that every day presents me with different challenges. As a result, I've had an opportunity to gain a strong understanding of the industry and hone my problem-solving and organizational skills. Also, my colleagues encourage doing things outside of the box. So, that has been a great advantage too!

What do you notice and value most about the people?

I value motivation and enthusiasm in people. These qualities, along with a positive mindset, contribute significantly to creating a conducive work environment that is key to individual and collective success.
