Business Development & Communications

This function includes professionals dedicated to helping the firm achieve its business objectives in the areas of business analysis and planning; client and market development; client and sector focus; sales support; brand and marketing; public relations; the press and online communications; and internal communications.


A team of specialised professionals support the firm in achieving its financial objectives, providing services in the areas of trend and competitor analysis; the preparation of local office and practice area accounts, budgets and forecasts; billings and collections; liaison with our offshore global shared services centre on accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Human Resources

This team provides services in all the key areas of the human resources cycle, including recruitment and on-boarding of new hires; HR policies, processes and operations; employee relations; HR systems; compensation and benefits; training; career development; staff mobility and performance management.

Knowledge & Information

This function - of vital importance in a law firm - deals principally with the supply of information services, including the evaluation, sourcing and delivery of electronic and printed knowledge data, and the management of internal know-how and legal templates. In addition, it involves global projects relating to the areas of online services and knowledge systems.

Office Services

This area includes a wide range of services provided internally to the staff of our Spanish offices, including secretarial support services for lawyers; client reception and meeting room services; procurement; travel; records; catering; events organisation; logistics; reprographics; messenger services; facilities and risk management.


A team of qualified professionals provide their technical skills to the firm's Spanish offices, which includes resolving helpdesk support issues via our IT Service Desk on a 24/7 basis; operations; projects to improve business and operational efficiency; risk prevention; telecommunications and IT application training.


We provide in-house translation and editing services (Spanish to English) to our lawyers and business professionals functions, liaising with specialist external translation suppliers in relation to any larger projects outside the scope of our internal resources.
