Clifford Chance

My role has been the result of the business transformation environment in which all legal professionals are currently involved. I take care of managing the resources to cover each need, including people, processes, and legal technology. 

I joined Clifford Chance as a trainee in the KETL department because I wasn't sure which practice area I liked the most. For over a year, I had the opportunity to work with many different lawyers and provide support, but as a lawyer myself, I ended up getting more deeply involved than expected.

In the meantime, the Firm was working to launch the Best Delivery team at a Continental European level and was looking for professionals who exhibited high organisational skills, a talent for communication and collaboration, proactiveness and who were not tech adverse.

I was offered the chance to be the local contact for Spain and since then our regional team has grown from 5 to 33 colleagues - a testament to the genuine commitment that the firm has to looking for more effective wys of delivering our services, positively impacting our people and clients.

As you can imagine, my job is a continuous learning curve; I keep working with lawyers and professionals from each practice area and from all offices across the network, which makes my day to day challenging and exciting in equal measure!
