Clifford Chance

I joined Clifford Chance as a receptionist in Dubai in March 2017. Prior to joining, I graduated from the Higher Institute of Applied Languages in Moknine, Tunisia. My career has evolved with Clifford Chance  and the Firm does a lot to help me explore new opportunities. 

Before joining Clifford Chance, I spent a major part of my career working for international law firms in Dubai. This encouraged me to join a top tier, industry-leading law firm like Clifford Chance which offered new opportunities and different experiences.

What continues to attract me to the firm

Our worldwide reputation is what encouraged me to join. The outstanding firm culture, which is friendly whilst being very professional, also appealed to me and is why part of why I'm still here. I believe that some of our most valuable assets at Clifford Chance are how we approach recruitment and build our team. Being surrounded by a group of very intelligent, skilled and friendly colleagues brings with it many rewarding experiences. We have some room to add value where possible. Although each individual has their own unique style and personality, we all share common qualities and values when interacting with people, either colleagues and clients.

Advice would you give to someone considering Clifford Chance

I would confidently say to anyone who is considering applying to join that in my opinion, Clifford Chance is one of the top employers in the world considering aspects like culture, benefits and career opportunities. I guess I would say Clifford Chance is a firm that knows how to live and practice its values and that which we as employees genuinely feel and appreciate, which also has a great impact on our relationship with clients.
