The recruitment process 

The first stage of our assessment process is for you to submit your complete application online, including providing your CV and cover letter. Please note that due to GDPR regulations, we are unable to process applications via email.

Shortly after submitting your application, if successful, you will receive an email from us asking you to attend a telephone interview with an HR advisor in charge of the department you applied to. This takes approximately 30 minutes. Should you be successful at this stage, you will be invited to attend a face-to-face interview, held at our offices in Luxembourg, or a Video interview if not possible for you to attend in person. Depending on the role you have applied for, there may be a third interview, consisting of an hour with the Partners or senior lawyers of the practice area you have applied to join.
