Your role

  • You will help to implement our global best delivery strategy in cooperation with the relevant practice areas, in most cases right across the Clifford Chance global network, and to adapt these to local requirements
  • You will develop strategic plans for continuous improvement processes using OE methods (TPM, Lean Management, Six Sigma, Change Management, Best Practices)
  • You will implement new projects in the areas of CI, Best Delivery and Change Management using a practice-oriented approach
  • You will advise on the implementation of continuous improvement processes
  • You will implement effective change management and communications plans
  • You will track the resulting return on investment
  • You will carry out statistical evaluations and data analyses, develop, support and manage improvement initiatives and measures optimising business processes
  • You will prepare the budget, schedule and approval authorisations for the projects you are responsible for

Your profile

  • You have several years' experience working in a professional services firm, highly developed consulting skills and experience of implementing change management processes and training programmes
  • You have good knowledge of modern lean management methods and project management experience (Lean Six Sigma, Black Belt or Master Black Belt)
  • A Continuous Improvement Certificate for (Legal) Design Thinking is desirable
  • You have the ability to successfully implement innovative thinking and change processes across multidisciplinary teams, to inspire, train (including certification training) and bring out the best in others
  • You are open and innovative, highly committed, willing to travel and you have a very good command of German
